We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, clean, and free of pet hair
- In original condition and packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Size Issues
If the item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to help you find the right size.
For size issues or personal reasons, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We highly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, dirty, or not in original condition are not eligible for return.
